I like music; I like archivism. The collision of these two things can lead to terrifying and expensive places, but make for nifty things that come out of cardboard cones with magnets mounted in.
As such, I have a good deal of music sitting about in little cases, now all safely packed away in bright plastic boxes while ghosts live together on a happy little box attached to the stereo. It should be noted that I make a point to own the music I enjoy (excepting the special case of the good folks down at the library). I would also point out, both strident and sheepish, that while most of these things are well and truly representative, some of them are...not. The pile archives many years, at least two lost loves, and some bad moments of trust. I am far more leery of the popular cultures these days.
That said, it should also be so that this is not all of it.
A list.
